Green Line trains replaced by bus service during track work

The MBTA is doing work on portions of the Green Line this weekend and bus shuttles will be used to ship patrons to and from destinations, so don’t go waiting for a train that is not coming.

According to the T’s website, alternate bus service will replace Green Line trolley service between Kenmore Square Station and Cleveland Circle on Oct. 15 and Oct. 16.

The work is an effort to reconstruct four at-grade vehicular and pedestrian crossings along the Green Line tracks.

Bus service will make all local stops on the C branch for the duration of the train diversions.

According to the T website, those who get confused about the bus replacement service will have the help of MBTA staff to find where they are going.
