Halifax Rocks a big-name lineup

The talent is too much for one stage, according to promoters of Halifax Rocks this weekend.

The band list on Saturday is being divided onto two stages. Chad Hatcher will kick off the action on stage B at 2 p.m., followed by The Stanfields, The Jimmy Swift Band, and Rich Aucoin until 4:20 p.m.

Then the tunes move to the main stage, beginning with Hot Hot Heat at 4:50 p.m., Classified at 5:50, Weezer at 7:20 and headliner Black Eyed Peas closing the show at 8:50 p.m.
