Q: What products that you use make you look and feel good?

A: I use Shiny Pops lip gloss by Elizabeth Arden and Nars lipstick in Sabrina. I also love Tarte Cheek Stain Gel in the shade Tickled Peach and Armani foundation.

Q: Describe your style.

A: I like to be me and unique. I was always taught to feel comfortable and free in your clothes. At a young age, I learned to be happy with myself and how I feel. I am confident and at ease with fashion.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: By keeping it real and being myself. I try to treat people with respect and honour.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I try to do cardio for 55 minutes at least three times a week. I also do Pilates three times a week. It has been a life-changing experience.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I try to limit my fried foods and replace them with vegetables, nuts and whole grains. I drink plenty of water. I also try not to eat too late so that my body can have time to revitalize.

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: I use a few products consistently. For my hair my fave goop is KMS Hairplay. For random blemishes I recommend the vials of Tea Tree Oil from The Body Shop.

Q: Describe your style.

A: Eclectic. I like to wear things that pop with colour. I refer to magazines and visit stores to get inspired on how to mix and match things. I dress to the theme of the project that the interview is for.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: I am grateful for the opportunities that are presented to me and the adventures I get to go on. I am quite blessed. When things don’t go the way I want I step back and look at the big picture.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: Exercise is a regular habit of mine.

Exercise completes me. It is the only constant amidst my varied schedule.

Q: How do you stay healthy?

A: My nutrition plan consists of lean protein, lots of vegetables, a few starchy carbs and a protein supplement in the form of a shake. I eat five to six times a day which supports me in my goal of gaining mass.
