Holly Dignard, actress, plays Nicole Miller on Whistler, returning to CTV on Sept. 29:
Q: What products make you look and feel good?
A: I use all animal and enviro-friendly products, for example Body Shop. Oh and olive oil. It works.
Q: What things make life easier?
A: Music, the beach, my home, dance, the people I love and riding.
Q: How do you stay fit?
A: I hate the gym and am proud to say I don’t have a membership. I train in dance, inline skating, Muay Thai box, and I ride a motorcycle — yes, believe it or not, it requires a lot of muscle.
Q: What are your healthy eating habits?
A: I just eat what feels right. I love food. I’ve never been on a diet. I believe food is to be enjoyed, to bring loved ones and friends together.
Sterling Jarvis, actor, plays Britney in the musical We Will Rock You, at the Canon Theatre:
Q: Describe your style?
A: My style varies from GQ for a formal event to sporty/casual for every day. I love finding really great dress shirts and using them as the anchor of my look. Basically, I kind of let the style come to me based on what I might be doing that day. I don’t follow fashion trends but rather borrow a little something that I can add to my own look.
Q: How do you keep life in perspective?
A: I try very hard to live in the moment and really appreciate the life that I am living and the good fortune that I have had.
Q: How do you stay fit?
A: Doing a very physical role like Britney helps me stay in shape, but I have always loved to do a variety of sports. Golf, football, basketball and tennis are my favourites.
Q: What are your healthy eating habits?
A: I try to drink two to three litres of water every day and eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. I have also been trying to eat more organic foods, whole grains, and pasta. There are some great options out there.
