It was March Madness time last week with the Atlantic University Sport men’s basketball tournament at the Metro Centre.
On Saturday night it was all about the arts as I checked in to the Salt Truck Follies at Halifax Grammar School. The evening of comedy and dance raised money for Live Art Dance and their continued programs.
Jazz took over at Pier 21 in Halifax for Winterlude 2009, where performances and auctions raised money to make sure music continues to ring through the halls of our public schools.
