The Bear’s 17th Halloween Howler brought Kansas City rockers Puddle of Mudd to the Shaw Conference Centre Friday night. The sold-out event is the radio station’s annual Halloween celebration, and has hosted talent such as Buckcherry, Hawksley Workman and the Trailer Park Boys in past years.
