Fenway is opening its doors to its four-legged fans on Monday night, giving New England pooches and their owners a chance to see the park up close and march around the warning track
Register your dog and get a ticket for $10 on the Red Sox website. Dogs and children get in free. There will be photo opportunities in the dugouts and with the Green Monster as a backdrop, organizers said when the event was announced in May.
Meanwhile, the Sox have been keeping an eye on #RedSoxPets this season – the owners who tweet the cutest pictures have a shot at seeing their pup on the park’s big video screen. The hashtag already has dozens of submissions – dogs stuffed in Sox gear, or sleeping next to it – and it’s definitely worth a scroll.
