Jets film incredibly delayed ‘Harlem Shake’ video

Eight months after the Harlem Shake was popular, the Jets decided to do their own take on the viral sensation. Shot right before Thanksgiving, this rendition is about as good as the team’s offense.

OK, low blow. It is a little funny. A little. But the Jets are a little late to this party — later than a Geno Smith pass over the middle.

The most humorous part of the video appears to be Muhammad Wilkerson dancing by wearing Mark Sanchez’s green robe, the same robe the quarterback (when healthy) frequently wore around the locker room. Sanchez’s No. 6 is clearly seen on the robe as Wilkerson shimmies by.

A shirtless Willie Colon, the Jets left guard, is wearing sunglasses and appears to be doing the ‘The Robot.’ Maybe.

Then there is backup center Caleb Schlauderaff in the background of the video, wearing just boxers and filming it all on his cell phone. Only the Jets.
