If there’s one thing we’ve learned about the Internet, it’s that people are ready to get mad about almost anything. For instance, if you make fun of the thriving new sport esports(which is watching video of other people playing video games, for those who aren’t in the know), the fans are going to be pretty upset. That’s what Jimmy Kimmel learned after he mocked the concept on his show, which led to the video of the moment receiving the show’s highest ever number of dislikes on YouTube. And a whole lot of not very respectful comments. Given Kimmel’s affection for celebrities reading mean tweets about themselves, he had to read a few of the nastier ones out loud.
