“Uncle Joe” is not being idle now that he’s moved out of No. 1 Observatory Circle.

Former Vice President Joe Biden and his wife, Jill, are set to launch their charitable Biden Foundation on Wednesday, The Washington Post reported.

Headquartered in Washington, D.C., the organization aims to fight cancer, promote education, prevent sexual assault, support military families and more, and will expand upon the work the couple did during their eight years working in the White House withPresident Barack Obama.

“We look forward to this new chapter where we will continue our work to ensure that everyone — no matter their income level, race, gender, age or sexuality — is treated with dignity and gets a fair shot at achieving the American Dream,” the Bidens said in a statement.

The Biden Foundation will not accept funding from foreign sources, but will accept donations from private and corporate foundations or donor-advised funds, a representative from the organization told the Post.

Louisa Terrell, who once worked for Biden in the Senate and most recently was an adviser to the FCC chairman, will be the foundation’s executive director.

Its board will consist of Biden’s sister, Valerie Biden Owens; former Delaware Sen. Ted Kaufman; lawyers Mark Gitenstein and Jeff Peck; and trustee and vice chairman of the Institute of International Education, Mark Angelson. All four men have previously worked for the former vice president in various capacities.
