That ‘70s Flow: Carmelo Anthony was feeling groovy when he was spotted leaving Beyoncé’s 35th birthday party at NoMad Hotel in New York City wearing a 1970s themed outfit. The theme of Beyoncé’s birthday bash was “Soul Train” so everyone sported their best retro looks.
