Dad group invents diaper bag pants

A group of Santa Monica-based dads is working to make life just a little bit easier for all the other fathers out there. Freedom Pants are essentially cargo-pants and a diaper bag all in one.

Not only are the pockets big enough to stash bottles, diapers and snacks, but there’s even a little pocket just for binkies. The pockets are expandable so they stay flat when they’re empty, and there’s also a removeable pocket.

Probably the coolest feature is that the pockets are lined with waterproof fabric, so dads can stash wet bathingsuits in there without the pants themselves getting wet. The pants also have a waterproof changing pad for quick diaper changes. Pretty cool, right?

Besides being inventors, this dad group, Man VS Baby, is working to reverse the common myth that modern parents are clueless when it comes to raising kids. They are going to start releasing funny videos and blog posts on their website showing that modern dads are very much involved in their kids’ lives, and are pretty competent at the whole parenting thing, too.
