Lobster burritos mean summer’s here

Beginning this week, the answer is lobster burritos at Uma Temakeria. From the people who brought last year’s West Coast sensation sushi burrito to Chelsea comes a new collaboration with the people who know a little something about lobsters and rolls,Luke’s Lobster.

The lobster tailsushiburrito, also available as a hand roll,are made with sustainable lobster from Maine and Canada, wrapped in crunchy seaweed with kale, red bell peppers, lemon wasabi aioli and white or brown rice.It’s now availableat both Uma Temakeria locations, but only for the summer months.
