Loud party at Ritz lands four in jail

A group of apparently well-financed, loud 20-somethings will face a judge today after police broke up a party this weekend at the Ritz-Carlton residences.

When police arrived at about 3 a.m. Saturday at the request of security, they found about 25 to 35 people inside.

Police were called to the same apartment the night before for another loud party complaint, according to court records.

Sultan Alhokair, a 22-year-old Northeastern University student, allegedly told police they were not welcome in his home. As they tried to handcuff him, Angelos Markakis, 22, of New York, tried to interfere, police said. As police were trying to arrest him, he shouted “you have no idea who you are [expletive] with, you are going to be in big trouble,” police said.

Abdul Alathim, 21, of Boston, was also arrested for interfering. As the men were transported to the station, police noticed a 2010 Porsche following them.

The 23-year-old driver Abdullah Al-Saud was arrested for driving without a license.
