A man is in hospital in critical condition after being found shot inside a Surrey home.
Police said the victim was shot late Friday — the first of two shootings that night — near 130th Street and 108th Avenue.
He is known to police, but RCMP said the incident doesn’t appear to have been gang-related.
A few hours later, police received reports of shots fired just down the road.
Officers arrived at 130th Street and 68th Avenue around 12:15 a.m. and found shell casings, but no victim.
“A police service dog (found) a male believed to be associated to the house,” said RCMP Insp. Dave Attfield.
A second man was found in Delta and is being held by police.
“No injured persons have been discovered at this point,” said Attfield. “It is suspected that this was a targeted attack.”
