Some of the best tennis pros in the world are in West Vancouver today competing for cash prizes of up to $175,000 at the Odlum Brown Vancouver Open.
Since 2002, the tournament has hosted top up-and-comers, including Maria Sharapova and Andy Murray.
Matches start at 10 a.m. at The Hollyburn Country Club with first-round men’s and women’s singles and doubles matches.
One of the featured matches of the day includes top-rated men’s singles player Taylor Dent and Canadian Peter Polansky.
