Say what you want about Michael Vick and his checkered past, but he’s sure doing all the right things these days.
Vick will hold a press conference tomorrow in Washington, D.C. to announce his support of a new bill that will penalize criminals who finance and bring children to dogfights and cockfights.
The bill, titled H.R. 2492, was recently introduced by U.S. Reps Tom Marino (R-Pa.) and Betty Sutton (D-Ohio). Vick will join Sutton, as well as The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) president and CEO Wayne Pacelle at a press conference tomorrow on Capitol Hill.
