According to a new survey conducted by Glassdoor.com, 35 percent of workers say they’ll quit if they don’t get a raise this year with millennials making less than $55,000 the most likely to leave.

But the trend isn’t just with those who have only been in the workforce for a few years. Thirty-six percent of workers ages 35 to 44 say they’ll quit if they don’t get a raise in 2015. And if you think it’s just people with low to mid-range salary levels it isn’t. Thirty-one percent of survey takers who make more than $100,000 a year will walk if they don’t get a bigger paycheck this year.

Of the 900 people who took the survey, most said not only want a raise this year, but they expect to get between a 3 percent and 5 percent increase in pay.
