BEIJING (Reuters) – The number of Chinese households who believe home prices will rise grew to 25.1%, according to a survey by the central bank published on Tuesday, from 22.8% in a survey published in July.

Results also showed 51.2% of Chinese households believe house prices will be basically stable, unchanged from the previous survey.

Another survey by the central bank showed that 35% of bankers in China said monetary policy for the July-September quarter was loose.
