In the fairy-tale spoof Hoodwinked Too!, Little Red Riding Hood (Hayden Panettiere) returns as a covert operative assigned to rescue kidnap victims Hansel and Gretel. Where the 2004 original suffered from cut-rate animation, the sequel clearly compensates — it’s in 3-D even! However, in spite of cheeky, rapid-fire, pop-culture laced dialogue, the story lacks depth.
