The big-city outpost of the Hamptons’ Bay Kitchen Bar is extending its $1 oyster happy hour to last the whole night, beginning at 5 p.m., with several varieties of East Coast oysters to mix and match. Specials also include the Montauk Pearl Oyster Ceviche ($4/piece) and Fried Blue Point Oysters ($24).
