New site helps people find a side hustle

Readers familiar with our Second Shift series know working a second (or third) job is as much about the money as it is about the chance to do something you’re passionate about. Not everyone is lucky enough to do what they love during their 9 to 5 job, so picking up a side hustle is a way to puruse an interest and make money at the same time.

A new site, Romio, that just launched today, is giving people a platform to showcase their talents, whether it’s tutoring, coding, makeup styling, babysitting or something else entirely. Users can post a profile while other users can find them by searching by neighborbood, the service needed or rececommendations based on people in their social network.
