Odell Beckham Jr. got the majority of the headlines coming out of the Giants’ 27-23 victory over the Ravens Sunday as the wide receiver not only recorded a whopping 222 yards of receiving on eight grabs, but also proposed to a kicking net.

Lost in the shuffle was the fact that the man throwing Beckham the ball had his best game of the season, as Eli Manning completed 32-of-46 passes for a season-high 403 yards and three touchdowns. Manning also had two interceptions against the Ravens but still managed to finish with a 100.2 passer rating.

“This is the most prepared person I’ve ever been around in my entire life,” Beckham said of Manning to NJ.com. “He puts you in the right positions. He’s making all the throws. We’ve all struggled early this year. He kind of took us under his wing [Sunday]. He said he was going to come out and give us his all. He led us the entire way in Eli fashion.”

Up next for the Giants is the Los Angeles Rams, with the game being played in London, England. There’s no reason why Manning shouldn’t be able to put up another strong game in Week 7 as the Rams are just 16th in the league when it comes to pass defense, allowing 246 passing yards per game.

After a three-game winning streak, the Rams have stumbled the past two weeks – losing 30-19 to Buffalo at home and 31-28 at Detroit on Sunday.
