A man who jumped onto the tracks in front of a Queens subway train Tuesday night is dead.
Emergency workers arrived at the scene at the Forest Hills-71st Ave. station around 9 p.m. and found the man’s body, the New York Daily News reported. He had been hit by a southbound F train after apparently leaping into its path.

His identity has not been released, but police did say to the Daily News that they do not suspect foul play.
This is the second death involving a Queens F train in a little more than a week. Last Monday, a man was dragged to death when he was trapped in the train’s doors.
