A former nursing home director in Queens has been charged with losing one of her patients and lying to investigators about the incident, according to the Daily News.
Juliet Clifford, who previously worked for Bishop Charles Waldo Maclean Episcopal Nursing Home, allegedly failed to report 74-year-old Alan Frazer’s disappearance.
Frazer, who suffers from dementia, has reportedly been missing since May 26.
Clifford allegedly did not report his disappearance and falsely claimed Frazer left the nursing home “against medical advice,” when speaking with investigators on May 30.
Clifford has been charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person and falsifying records.
