More than 2,200 fans descended on Downtown Los Angeles last Thursday in anticipation the premiere of “the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2” Monday. The diehard fans erected a tent city on the street between the Staples Center and the L.A. Live complex for the sole purpose of catching a glimpse of their favorite stars and bidding farewell to the super-successful franchise. The film’s studio, Summit Entertainment, hosted several events throughout the long weekend, including concerts, screenings of the previous films and visits from cast members, but for the most part the fans were playing a waiting game. Metro paid a visit to see what all the fuss was about.
