A second woman has died in hospital after a deadly fire at a highrise on the second floor of 1695 Playfair Dr. Thursday.
Police said Saturday an Ottawa man charged with one count of second-degree murder and one count of arson with disregard for human life after a 57-year-old woman died now faces additional charges.
The name of the second victim is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Ali Issaky, 23, appeared in court Friday. The investigation is ongoing.
