It’s that time of the year again, folks! Finally, in this concrete jungle (Oh hey, Alicia Keys and Jay-Z) we live in, we got to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Last night was Manhattanhenge, the night twice a year where the sun aligns with the stones on the solstices. Miss it? Don’t worry, it will happen again tonight.

And don’t kick yourself if you’re out of town, Manhattanhenge will happen again on July 11 and 12.

Neil deGrasse Tyson, creator of the “Manhattanhenge” name, recommends positioning yourself as far east in Manhattan as possible, while still being able to look west and see New Jersey.

He recommends 14th, 23rd, 34th, 42nd and 57th streets as the best clear streets.
