Shots rang through another neighbouhrood early Tuesday morning, the fourth shooting in the Halifax Regional Muncipality in 78 hours, or just over three days.
Halifax Regional Police say shots were fired at a house on May Street in the north end of Halifax at 12:25 a.m. Police don’t believe anybody was home at the time of the shooting; however, they did find evidence of shotgun blasts in the front door of the home and also in a second floor window.
Three of these four shootings since Saturday night have occurred in Halifax’s north end, and all in residential areas.
No one has been injured; however, several homes have been damaged.
