Police recover dinghy belonging to missing boaters

Ottawa police have recovered the boat that two missing boaters were last seen in before they disappeared Saturday evening.

Police said Sunday that craft, a small yellow rubber dinghy, was recovered east of the Deschenes Rapids. The boaters were last seen at 6 p.m. Saturday in the Ottawa River at the Britannia Beach area heading toward the Gatineau side.

The missing boaters are Asian males, 5-9, with medium builds.
