The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in locating a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run Monday afternoon in the Upper West Side that left four pedestrians injured.

The victims included a 39-year-old woman with a severe cut to her left arm who was taken to Bellevue Hospital in critical condition; a 23-year-old man with a broken nose and cuts to his right arm and a 50-year-old man with a broken arm who were taken to St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital; and a 42-year-old man with a bruise to his right arm who was taken to Cornell Medical Center.

A preliminary investigation found that a black four door 1999 Honda Accord had been traveling northbound on Broadway at a high speed when it rear-ended a yellow 2004 Nissan taxi, police said.

The taxi then accelerated onto the sidewalk and crashed into a mobile food cart — containing a worker inside — which fell over and struck the four pedestrians on the sidewalk, according to cops. The Honda then drove away northbound on Broadway.
