HARLEM – A wheelchair-bound man fell into the tracks in Harlem on Friday and was saved by an MTA worker. Jerome Billings said he was reaching for a Bible when he accidentally hit the button to move his wheelchair. MTA’s Carlos Betancourt jumped onto the tracks, helping him back to the platform with three other straphangers.
