Scott Brown tweets ‘Bqhatevwr,’ then deletes strange messages

Former senator Scott Brown sent out a few random and bizarre Twitter messages Friday night that have since been deleted from his account.

The strange tweets, that were captured in screenshots by The Huffington Post, were sent in succession Friday night starting with “Bqhatevwr,” then “whatever” and finally “Your brilliant Matt.”

Just before that string of tweets, Brown replied to certain followers with short, similar replies of “whatever michael,” “whatever bud” and “whatever.”

The tweets have since been deleted from his account.

A message seeking comment from Brown was not immediately returned.

Brown, the Republican who won a special election in 2010 to replace the late Sen. Ted Kennedy, lost his reelection bid in November to Sen. Elizabeth Warren.

The most recent tweet on Brown’s account is from Saturday morning.

“Did a run and now at the gym with Gail,” @scottbrownma tweeted.

After the Huffington Post report, people took to Twitter to mock Brown’s mysterious tweets:
