A sex offender with a history of assaulting women has been released after serving five years for sexual assault.
Acting Sgt. Michelle Hanley is warning the public that Sandeep Singh Dhadwal, 24, is now in the city and that his danger level may rise when he uses drugs or alcohol.
“He has a history of violent sex assaults… and it’s in the best interest of the public to warn them of the danger,” she said.
Hanley said the man also has a history of attacking strangers at night and using an accomplice who has never been identified. He is being monitored by police.
