Somerville police: Man stole $700 worth of Axe products

Somerville police are asking people to keep their eyes – and their nose – open.

Police recently posted online surveillance images of a man who allegedly stole $700 worth of Axe body spray products.

The thefts occurred over two trips to a local grocery store, police said.

The man allegedly stole the spray during trips to the Stop & Shop on McGrath Highway on Monday and Wednesday.
