Species from opposite poles may have shared origins

Marine researchers have discovered the polar regions share hundreds of species that may have originated in the same place and then journeyed to the bottom and top of the world. Using divers and remote-operated vehicles deep below the glacial surfaces, the team found at least 235 of what appear to be the same species in both the Arctic and Antarctic.
