Tom Brady joined Equinox workout class in Mass and fit right in

Tom Brady

Patriots QB Tom Brady joined a class at Equinox’s Precision Running Lab in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts last Friday — and he caused quite the stir at the facility. Who wouldn’t want to sweat out all their frustration during a Tom Brady workout session? It seems like the best way to get your fitness on.

“He walked through the parking lot and people were stopping their cars, driving slowly,” a source at the scene told Page Six, noting that a lot of people were shocked to see him, women especially. (I mean, makes sense.)

Brady was reportedly sporting TB gear and didn’t even have running shoes handy when he decided to partake. The 40-year-old ended up doing the class in his “street” sneakers, and he posed for pictures afterwards.

Precision Running creator David Siik posted a picture to Instagram after the Tom Brady workout. Coaching the QB, Siik wrote in his caption, was the “ultimate runner’s high.”

And some Precision Running Lab fitness members posted similar group photos from the class:

An Equinox spokesperson confirmed to Metro that the workout wasn’t planned and that Brady had a “great time.”

“Your air, enriched by an 02 vaporizer. Your running data, right at your fingertips. Your class, transformed into an out-of-body experience with immersive light and sound and our completely customized Woodway treadmills. Your post-run stretch, taken to greater lengths in a dedicated cool-down zone,” the site reads.

At Precision Running Lab, you: “Run smart, hurt less and burn more through a patterned flow that constantly switches up speed, time and incline to ignite potential and keep you in the running zone.”

It all sounds very intense — and seems like Brady’s style.
