According to police, four people were hurt this morning when a fight broke out between a group of youths at the Boston Department of Youth Services facility and staff members.
Police said at least three workers at the youth department were sent to the hospital after sustaining injuries.
State Police hit the scene to assist Boston officers after receiving a call for a disturbance at the facility located in Dorchester.
By the time police arrived, the fight had been broken up, according to police reports.
