Stampede sings in rain

Don’t let the rain give you the blues, say Stampede officials.

There’s still plenty to do inside when the rain comes down, Stampede spokesperson Doug Fraser said, and you don’t even need it to rain to enjoy them.

“There’s no end to what people will find inside the doors at a variety of places,” he said.

Fraser said Stampede patrons can enjoy the BMO Centre, where there is 150,000 square feet of a marketplace, or in the neighbouring Western Oasis, which he says is a favourite.

“The Oasis is popular and a great place to relax and put up your feet,” he said.

Fraser pointed out new attractions such as the Rock and Roll Ice show in the Corral, is already a fan favourite.
