Student discounts don’t come bigger than this.
A major British Columbia developer is offering a $50,000 to $70,000 break on the final 10 suites available at a development near Simon Fraser University for that school’s students.
Alumni, faculty and staff are also being offered the deal to Altaire, a Polygon Homes development. Living there would make a commute to the SFU campus about as easy as taking a few steps.
“When we realized that we were approaching sell-out with only 10 suites left, we knew we should offer them to the people who would appreciate them most,” said Neil Chrystal, president and CEO of Polygon.
