Police are searching for a suspect they say tried to rape a 10-year-old girl in Queens earlier this week.
The suspect approached the child in the vicinity of 168th Street and Douglas Avenue in Jamaica shortly after 7 a.m. Monday, cops said. He then pushed the girl to the ground and tried to rape her. He then fled the scene after a car drove past them, police added.
Police have released a sketch of the suspect.
