Has Arquette moved on?

While he and wife Courteney Cox have maintained their separation was not a divorce and likely not a permanent split, David Arquette seems to have moved on, according to People magazine. The “Scream 4” star hit Comic-Con in San Diego with Christina McLarty, “Girls Gone Wild” guru Joe Francis’ ex-wife. The pair “danced the night away together” at a party hosted by Playboy on Friday before hitting another party Saturday night, sources say.

The messiest of all stage moms

“Gossip Girl” star Leighton Meester is suing her mother for allegedly misusing money the actress had been sending home for the care of her brother, according to People magazine. Instead, Constance Meester was allegedly using the $7,500 a month for cosmetic procedures and other personal expenses. “This whole thing’s been really tough on Leighton,” a source says. “Her only concern has always been taking care of her brother.” The suit claims that Constance threatened to sue Leighton for $3 million if the actress didn’t raise the monthly allowance to $10,000.

Sources say Schwarzenegger signed the initial response without reading it, not realizing his lawyers had moved to block Shriver’s requests.
