16-year-old Raphael Ward was gunned down last Friday on the Lower East Side, and police were looking to question four males, two black and two Hispanic, who were caught on surveillance camera entering and then abruptly leaving a convenience store.
Cops have now arrested another 16-year-old boy from the neighborhood. They say they are still looking for two of the individuals in the surveillance video but would not specify which two.
The NYPD’s description of the arrested teen states that he is Hispanic.
