If you believe vegan fare just means greens and grains, by CHLOE will make you think again.
The plant-based eatery, with its flagship in the West Village and now with two Boston locations, presents herbivores and meat-eaters alike with a myriad of healthy food options that certainly don’t skimp out on the flavor. For its second anniversary, by CHLOE will unveil its “birthday cake” vegan ice cream as a part of the “Chill by CHLOE” collection.
The playful flavor is made with funfetti cake and rainbow frosting in homage to everyone’s favorite childhood confection. And if your sweet tooth isn’t already enticed, free scoops will be given out while supplies last at the new Fenway location beginning at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 28. Those who are more keen to the Seaport location can still sample the sweetness as the “birthday cake” flavor will also be available on their menu. Scoops will be available in pints, 4-ounce cups or push pops at all by CHLOE locations across the country.

Other ice cream selections include the “chocolate chocolate,” which includes “chloestess cupcakes,” the “raspberry + cream” with raspberry coffee cake and gluten-free options like the “salted peanut butter” and “kale cookies + cream.” Enjoy the no-mess “matcha coconut” push pop integrating homemade matcha chocolate babka cake.
By CHLOE also caters to the savory side of food with their large selection of salads, vegan burgers and sandwiches, pasta and weekend brunches. The “classic burger” patty is made from a mix of tempeh-nut mix and will make you question why you’ve only been eating beef burgers for so long, while the fresh “guac burger” has a black bean base and is topped with a satisfying layer of guacamole. Coffee, tea, smoothies and juices are also included in the by CHLOE lineup.
