The Calgary Police Service has charged a third man, Nathan Zuccherato, 22, of Calgary, in connection with a shooting that left three people dead on New Year’s Day 2009.
Insp. Guy Slater confirmed Zuccherato, who walked into police headquarters downtown accompanied by his lawyer, was known to the gang unit as a gang associate and was one of four men injured in a Chinatown shooting Nov. 16, 2008.
Slater said police were interviewing Zuccherato as of last night in relation to the New Year’s shooting that left a known gang member, his associate and a bystander dead
Two others were charged in the triple homicide last week.
