Miley Cyrus’ parents filed for divorce last week, and sources say it’s because mom Tish Cyrus allegedly had an affair with Bret Michaels, according to Us Weekly. Michaels met the family when he recorded a duet with Miley in February. “It was a professional relationship that turned into something more,” a source says of Michaels and Tish. “Billy Ray was completely unaware of what was going on.” A rep for Michaels denies the allegations, saying, “There has never been an affair or a fling.”
If there’s one bright lining to this unsavory (yet totally ridiculous) event, it’s that at least Michaels was having the affair with Miley’s mom and not, well, Miley.
