A suspended state trooper pleaded guilty Thursday to bribery and other charges. Robert Forrest, 62, was sentenced to two years in jail, suspended for five years, authorities said. Forrest, who was assigned to the Salvage Title Section, provided fraudulent vehicle inspection forms to businesses in exchange for cash payments.
