It’s freezing outside — we don’t blame you for wanting to curl up under the covers and do nothing. But not so fast: You can still get in a calorie-torching workout in the comfort of your living room — no spin bike or row machine necessary. Gunnar Peterson, who has whipped the Kardashians, Bruce Willis and Jennifer Lopez into shape, taught us this workout that you can do sans a gym membership. Do 12-20 reps of each exercise depending on your fitness level, unless otherwise noted, and throw in some jump-roping in between two of the moves.

“But I don’t have time”
“Prioritize it. Don’t just say it’s a priority and cancel it because if you cancel it then it couldn’t have been a priority. Treat it like a job interview. Would you have blown that off? You have to lock it in, and anything else that comes up, say no.”
“But I can’t afford any equipment”
“[Get] basic stuff: A couple bands, dumbbells. You don’t need a mat, you can use a towel. I would skip two dinners and buy the gym equipment because I want it bad enough. How bad do you want it?”
