“Magic City”

DRAMA. Jeffrey Dean Morgan stars as a casino owner carrying all of the excitement and drama of 1950s-era Miami Beach on his impeccably tailored shoulders — think Frank Sinatra playing his resort while the CIA is there plotting to assassinate Fidel Castro — in this gorgeous period piece, which has already received a second season pickup.

DRAMA. Jennifer Love Hewitt reprises her role as the good-girl-gone-bad — a mom of two who works at a “day spa” with a little extra sumthin’ sumthin’ on its menu — in this serialized version of the 2010 Lifetime Original Movie.
