A 19-year-old man is set to be arraigned Tuesday, accused of raping a Framingham teenager at knifepoint.

Framingham Police say DNA evidence led to the arrest Monday of Nathan Williams.

Williams is being held without bail until a Tuesday court appearance in Framingham District Court on charges of rape of a minor by force, indecent assault and battery, and kidnapping.

On April 3, a 15-year-old girl was allegedly attacked after getting off the bus from Keefe Regional Technical School. She told police a man with a knife forced her into the woods on Gorman Road and raped her.

After the assault, the victim went home and her mother called police. A search of the area by Framingham officers and the Massachusetts State Police was unsuccessful.
